Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on HR matters, conducting investigations, and leading disciplinary meetings. Your experience will play a key role in supporting both management and employees, ensuring that policies are applied fairly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide professional advice on HR issues to managers and employees across the organisation.

* Support and lead investigations into employee matters, ensuring a thorough and impartial process.

* Manage disciplinary and grievance meetings, ensuring all procedures are followed in line with company policies and employment law.

* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

* Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.

* Support employee relations and contribute to fostering a positive working environment.

Required Experience:

* Minimum of 12 months' experience in a HR role, ideally within a similar advisory or generalist position.

* Proven experience conducting disciplinary hearings and investigations.

* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.

* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Skills:

* CIPD qualification (or working towards).

* Experience with HR software or systems.

* Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
