Practice Accountant Responsibilities:

• Managing your client portfolio and workload
• Supporting and mentoring team members through qualifications
• Year-end Accounts preparation for Limited companies
• Corporation tax computations
• Preparing management accounts for client portfolio along with budgeting and forecasting
• Preparing business and personal tax returns
• VAT preparation and submissions and CIS
• Offering advice and liaising with clients directly
• General bookkeeping
• Attend client meetings
• Offering advice and liaising effectively with clients

Required Skills & Experience:

• ACCA/ ACA qualified is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound experience within an accountancy practice including preparing limited company accounts
• Strong IT skills including various systems and Excel
