Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Bideford

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

Acorn by Synergie are looking for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Bideford.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in the production of pallets.
Follow detailed production plans and adhere to safety standards.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.Person Specification:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects.
Basic understanding of safety procedures and guidelines.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
