Bright Selection is delighted to be working with a High-end Luxury care provider in the appointment of a Nurse qualified Unit Manager for their newly opened home in Bromley.

Responsibilities include:

Offer leadership in the teaching and training of other staff members within the nursing team and among care staff as directed, assessing trainees where required.
Offer leadership in maintaining all nursing records and keeping the residents Care Plans up to date.
Assist in conducting pre-admission assessments for potential new residents.

Requirements

Qualified nurse (RMN/RGN) with current NMC Pin
Previous clinical leadership position within an elderly care home setting.
Comprehensive understanding of COSHH, CQC and other relevant legislation for the provision of care for older people

Remuneration and benefits

£55,000 - £58,000
