Key Responsibilities of a Project Resource Administrator:

Coordinate survey bookings, ensuring smooth logistics for all projects.

Manage equipment, accommodation, and workload planning.

Prepare and distribute a weekly survey planner and accommodation list.

Provide reliable, accurate support for day-to-day project operations.

Collaborate closely with team members, working independently as required.

React quickly and positively to any last-minute changes or surprises.

Ensure high standards of detail and quality in all tasks.

Key Skills of a Project Resource Administrator

Experience with complex administrative tasks, including diary, spreadsheet, mapping, and logistics management.

GCSE at Grade C or above in English & Maths (or equivalent).

Excellent attention to detail and an adaptable, problem-solving approach.

Ability to analyse maps and diagrams is a plus.
