The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have extensive post qualification UK experience with experience job running / as a project lead , strong working knowledge of Revit and excellent technical detailing skills.

Skills, Responsibilities, and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Substantial post-qualification experience is essential
Degree in HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar
Residential or education sector experience
Strong understanding of Revit
Excellent communication skills
A keen eye for detail and demonstratable technical excellence
Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
Job running experience
Keen eye for detail
Good working knowledge of up-to-date building regulations
Live locally to Manchester/ Stockport
Work well in a close-knit team
Hit the ground running
Passionate about high quality innovative technical drawings
