Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Estimator to join their vibrant team!

In this crucial role, you'll be the fundermental person in costing jobs from start to finish of projects. You'll collaborate closely with the operational delivery and finance teams to accurately estimate jobs using SOR and cost-plus models, ensuring target margins are achieved and monitored throughout each project's lifecycle. You will gather evidence to support costs.

• Provide estimates for requested projects with social housing clients
• Prepare estimates of all costs including sub-contractors & materials with assistance from the wider team
• Prepare costs using NHF Schedule of Rates and bespoke rates
• Assist the team to ensure that the required profit margins are achieved
• Pre-code and assist scheduling department
• Preparing reports
• Support the team to ensure that the business achieves its objectives

This position has potential to grow to work on both Social Housing and Commercail Projects.
