Estimator - Refurbishment & Construction

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction?

We're seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join the dynamic team. As an Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our refurbishment and construction projects for this fast growing company.

Projects from £300,000 - £3 million

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of projects

* Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications

* Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers

* Manage and update cost databases

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers

* Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in refurbishment and construction estimating

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Excel, estimating tools)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What we offer:

* £40,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience
