About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the commercial team of Tier 1 Main Contractor on a project in East London. The project is a high-rise residential project valued around £50m. They are a family-owned international construction company looking for a hard-working Quantity Surveyor to assist a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:

Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor on all commercial opportunities
Looking after Subcontractor packages and managing the whole downstream process
Liaising with customers and third parties on all commercial matter
Negotiating contracts and writing reports detailing costs resulting in your ability to give advice to the teamKey Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:

Experience at a Main Contractor on residential projects
Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
Live within commutable distance to East London What's on offer:
