Reed is recruiting on behalf of a leading distributor of home fitness and leisure centre products, are client based in Bradford are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their Sales team on a permanent basis.

Day to Day of the role:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues, both locally and in the Far East, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Be involved in all aspects of sales order processing and dispatch.
- Efficiently lead new staff as the business grows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proven ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
- Computer literate, competent with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to adopt Order Wise - our back office ERP system.
- Previous experience in sales or account management is required.
