We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work for one of the UKs biggest companies for a 12-week contract with potential for longer fixed-term contracts.This role will include handling inbound calls, customer queries and complaints over the phone. You will be required to use multiple systems and work quickly, achieving KPI's.You will receive 2 weeks paid training for the role, ensuring you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deal with customer needs.The role is based in office, no hybrid working available.Requirements

• Previous experience working in a UK call centre is essential (6 months or more)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable with high call volumes
• Excellent computer skills

• Location: Doxford Park, Sunderland
• Pay: £11.77 per hour
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Rota: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
• Shifts: 8:00 - 18:30 Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 15:00 Saturday
• Start Date: 24th June
