Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Gatwick Area

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm, 1 Saturday shift per month (4 hours)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Please note that a valid driving licence is required for this role, as it entails moving vehicles.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers on arrival and assisting them with their bookings
Acting as the main point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
Taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate department
Completing and processing all administration tasks
Liaising with different departments regarding work in progress
Dealing with any customer queries and providing timely solutions
Updating and maintaining accurate customer records

Confident and professional communicator
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite
