Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Perform fabric works, including painting, decorating, and general building repairs.
- Hang doors, fix fixtures, and complete other joinery tasks.
- Ensure that all building services are maintained to a high standard, promoting a safe and comfortable workplace.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support overall building maintenance needs.

Who We're Looking For:
An experienced, hands-on Fabric Engineer with a positive approach to problem-solving and excellent practical skills in building maintenance. Ideally, you'll have a background in facilities management and experience in the listed duties, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
