Role Overview:
As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused during lessons. You'll step in to cover for teachers on short-term leave, providing continuity and stability in the classroom. No planning is required, but you must be able to adapt quickly to different school environments and age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher

Maintaining classroom discipline and a positive learning environment

Managing the classroom effectively, ensuring students remain on task

Providing feedback to the school on student progress and classroom activities

Collaborating with teaching staff and school leadership as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching in secondary schools is desirable

Ability to engage students in learning and manage classroom behavior

Flexible, reliable, and adaptable

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their best
