What will I be doing -

- Employee contracts & Issuing references
- Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system
- HR database / document management
- Deliver a high-quality employee experience
- Collaborate with other HR Team members across the business to action and respond to queries .
What will I need ,
- Ideally shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organisation's or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage
- HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage

- Fluent in English and French .
- Organised and detailed orientated
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to follow processes / with a lens on optimisation for continuous improvement
- Exceptional customer service skill
- Ability to work in high growth environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand
