Our Client in the Aylesbury area are a manufacturer of components for the automotive and machinery industries who are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team due to expansion within the department.
As a Quality Insepctor your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Carrying out process audits
- Working within a team of inspectors
- Carrying out inspection of various precision machined parts using multiple types of inspection equipment
- Completing PPAP, ISIR and FAIR reports
- Participating in Quality improvements
- Ensuring compliance to SOP's and company regulations
- Analysing CMM data to identify potential issues
- Implementing problem solving techniques (E.g. Six Sigma, 8D analysis)
- Non-conformance resolutions
To be considered for this position I am looking to speak with Inspectors who have worked within Automotive, Aerospace, Mechanical machinery around the area and has experience with complex parts inspection. Must have right to work in the UK.
