We are currently recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing/engineering company based in Gloucester to join their machine shop on a permanent basis.

The successful CNC Miller will be required to;

·Setting and Operating CNC milling machines, using Haas or Fanuc Controls
·Machining high quality parts
·Working from engineering drawings
·Producing volume batch work
·Quality checking own work and recording information
·Working to targets
·4 and 5 axis
·Completing work sheets
·Responsible for Health and Safety whilst operating machinery
·Working alone but also as a team in order to achieve productivity

In ordered to be considered for this role;

·Experience of working as a CNC Milling Machinist
·Some editing of programmes would be beneficial
·Use of Haas and Fanuc
·Experience of working a target driven production environment
·Used to working from engineering drawings
·CMM experience
