Are you an experienced sales support professional who enjoys a busy role?
My client is a logistics business who due to growth is looking for an experienced Administrator to compliment their existing sales team.
This is a busy role where you will get the opportunity to work in several areas of their business.
The role
- Working closely with the external sales team providing administrative support
- Raising quotes for both external sales and direct customers
- Chasing quotes when they are due to expire
- Liaising with customers and suppliers daily
- Raise purchase orders through SAP
- Ensure all deliveries are on schedule and keeping relevant departments informed when any issues arise
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Sales administration
- Some finance admin duties
The candidate
- Previous Sales Support/ Sale Administration experience
- Strong numeracy skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- SAP experience preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Experience working to deadlines
- Comfortable liaising with other departments
