Are you a detail-oriented HR Payroll Administrator looking for a new opportunity? This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic and supportive team in a role that plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth payroll and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, including calculating wages, processing deductions, and handling payroll queries.

* Manage employee benefits schemes, pension contributions, and liaise with providers to ensure compliance and efficiency.

* Maintain accurate employee records, process contract changes, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.

* Ensure payroll and HR processes comply with company policies, employment legislation, and audit requirements.

* Be the first point of contact for payroll and benefits-related queries, providing clear and helpful guidance to Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in payroll administration, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and UK employment regulations.

* Strong knowledge of benefits and pensions administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

* Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.

* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

* A confident communicator with a proactive and team-oriented approach.

* Experience using HR/payroll software (e.g., Sage, ADP, Workday, or similar) is desirable.
