Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy client in Biggleswade. This is a full-time temp2perm position working on a fast paced night shift. 

Working hours: 4 on 4 off 19:00 to 07:00 (Nights)

Pay Rate: £14.94 p/h with pay-rise after temp2perm!!

This role involves:

leading a team of operatives (up to 12) 
your day to day duties are hands-on and you'll do operative duites whilst leading the team
loading and unloading
running daily orders
resolving stock discrepancies
assisting in other warehouse departments as and when required
operating PPT & VNA Forklift 
To be considered for this role you must have / be:

able to lead a team of operatives  by example
reliable with great communication skills
able to work at a fast pace 
hands-on (you'll be working alongside the operatives)
strong level of English speaking
used to working on night shifts and able to work 4 on 4 off
VNA Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) 
have you own transport to commute to work due to the location of the warehouse
