The BMS Engineer be instrumental in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of control and automation projects across diverse sectors, including commercial buildings, laboratories, and public facilities.

What You'll Do:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS and control system projects, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.

* Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to gather insights, ensuring all requirements are covered in estimates.

* Leverage your expertise in Trend BMS systems to account for all necessary components and functionalities.

* Analyse project specifications and supplier quotes, providing precise documentation for proposals and tenders.

* Maintain and update historical cost databases, staying current with industry trends and pricing adjustments.
