Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to the Executive Director of a leading financial services company. This role requires a proactive and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing dynamic schedules, and is skilled at handling both business and personal affairs with discretion and precision.

This role is based on-site in the luxury Central London Office Full time. Fantastic salary and bonus package offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a complex calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and commitments are prioritised effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule business and personal engagements.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Oversee visa applications and manage travel documentation.
  • Handle personal errands, including shopping, gift purchasing, and coordinating household services.
  • Liaise with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to manage personal properties and operations.
  • Organise and maintain email correspondence, ensuring prompt responses and prioritisation.
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for quick and easy access.
  • Assist with planning and executing professional and personal events, from guest lists to catering and venue arrangements.
  • Handle confidential matters with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc tasks as required by the Executive Director.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting high-level executives or HNWIs.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Warm, personable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising quality or confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, efficient, and resourceful problem solver.
  • Experience managing events and coordinating travel arrangements.
