A prestigious Construction Consultancy is seeking a Principal Designer (CDM) who has Architectural experience to join their established team within their beautiful London office. They will provide access to the most iconic projects within London, most of which are centrally located so your travel will be minimal. This would allow for dynamic career progression and company benefits that you would struggle to find elsewhere.

The CDM Principal Designer Role

You would join their team which consists of qualified Architects/Surveyors or Design focused individuals who are well trained within construction H&S principals. You would be provided great support as you manage your portfolio across a range of projects.

The Successful CDM Principal Designer Will Have:

Experience: Experience as an Architect or Surveyor with demonstrable Project experience (required). Experience undertaking Principal Design duty (preferable)
Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (Preferred), Tech IOSH (Preferred), APS membership (preferred).
Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.What's In It for You?
