Freelance Site Manager - Oxford Area

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead a new project in the Oxford area. This is a freelance role with a minimum contract of 6-8 months, starting mid-February 2025.

About the Role:

* Project: Construction of a leisure facility

* Scope: Fast-track schemes, start-to-finish in a live environment

* Details: High-spec fit-out finishes

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish

* Experience in construction leisure projects is highly desirable

* Strong understanding of high-spec fit-out finishes

* Essential certifications:

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work

* Excellent references from previous roles

Next Steps:

* Interviews will be conducted throughout January 2025

* Appointment decision by the end of January 2025
