c£24,000 per annum

We are working with a Lexcel, CQS accredited, national law firm who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their friendly, supportive Conveyancing Department, based in Leamington Spa town centre. 

The role will involve:

Providing full administrative and secretarial support to Conveyancing Solicitors 
Handling telephone calls, greeting visitors to the office, and managing enquiries
Preparing correspondence and legal documents, using a legal case management system.
Opening, closing, storing and retrieving of client files
Undertaking searches, ID checks and other work on client files
Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork and preparing mail for dispatch
Liaising with clients by phone, email and face to faceSuitable candidates will have:

Up to date experience and knowledge of working within a Residential Conveyancing department.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
The ability to work well as part of a team
Experience of using the land registry portal
Experience of using a legal case management systemThis is a full time permanent job which is fully office-based.
