Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, 3 years PQE, to join their busy and highly regarded conveyancing team.

You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:

· Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)

· Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)

· Re-mortgaging

· Transfers of equity

· Equity release

· Right to buy

· Lease extensions
