Role overview

This role will be based in the Fife area of Scotland and the successful candidate will be expected to travel between our stores in Dundee, Perth and Dunfermline.

Are you an experienced and adaptable retail store leader interested in working with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?

As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for providing leadership support to multiple stores in your area, primarily covering absences and holidays, you'll be responsible for driving the performance of our sales teams, managing day to day operations and motivating and inspiring colleagues to to deliver in our mission to provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.
