Responsibilities:

• Follow a programme,
• Check progress of works against programme.
• Coordinate trades in relation to programme.
• Ensure that materials have been called off to meet programme (via material controller).
• Will need to undertake snagging at required stages.
• Will need to use the Snag R system for checking QAs installed by trades and undertake appropriate sign off.
• Be able to read drawings and deal with issues where these occur.
• Undertake site inductions where required.
• Hold CSCS card/ 1^st aid/ SMSTS, min.
• Although in control of the core, are answerable to a block manager and me in turn.
• Will need to attend site meetings.
• Will need to deal with issues where these occur and flag up where trades are failing so assistance can be provided.
• Need to have good man management skills.
• Need to be able to work as part of a team.
• Need to be aware that they will need to work later on occasion as part of the team on a rota and weekends may be necessary, which will again be rotated.
• Need to be health and safety conscious, follow company procedures and ensure that others are complying with the same.
