The Role

As an Associate Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take the lead in managing and coordinating innovative mechanical engineering solutions for prestigious projects across the globe. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices.

* Drive innovation in mechanical design, championing sustainability and efficiency.

What You Bring

* Ideally, chartered engineer status.

* Deep expertise in mechanical engineering and building services design.

* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant design software.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

* A track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.

* Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for pushing boundaries in engineering.

* LEED, BREEAM, or WELL sustainability certifications.
