My client acts as a full-service provider for office design and fit out Cat A and Cat B, refurbishment in occupation, office relocation, workplace consultancy and furniture.

Typically, the business project values range between £500,000 and £2M in contract value. My client is currently turning over £20m annually.

They put a lot of effort into hiring candidates who not only can do the job but are positive and ambitious individuals. My client takes pride on the family feel to the business.

The successful candidate will form a key part of their site team acting as a number 1 SM on site, my client also will provide a platform for career growth in the future. Offering the Site Manager training and support to progress directly into a Contracts Manager role. Which will include Project Management and Quantity surveying responsibilities.

Scope of works: Office Fit Outs Cat A and Cat B

Role: Site Manager

Salary: £60,000 + Bonus £5,000 + Pension
