Description
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Design e-learning courses, workshops and other training methods
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
- Manage the production of program marketing material in conjunction with marketing team
- Ensure statutory training requirements are met
Profile
A successful Learning and Development Coach should have:
- A degree in business, psychology or a related field
- Proven experience as an L&D/Training professional
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
- The ability to build an inclusive learning environment
Job Offer
