Technical Support

Our client is looking for a Technical Support contractor with Front End support experience. This is an initial 12 month contract to start ASAP with Hybrid working.

Key skills/experience

Front End - JavaScript, CSS, XML 
Experience of the components in a web applications stack
Good customer facing skillset
Good phone manner
Logging cases and following up
ReactJS or Angular JS is a Nice to have
De-bugging issues
ITIL
