An established manufacturing business in Taunton is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team. Operating on a Panama shift pattern - Days & Nights (7-7), this role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery.
• Work alongside the engineering team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.

• Electrically biased maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering).
