* Diagnose faults, perform emergency repairs, and replace defective components to minimize downtime.

* Adjust controls, refrigerant levels, and system settings to ensure maximum energy efficiency.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and maintain accurate service records.
