Building Services Manager - Defence Project - National Tier 1

We are partnering with one of the UK's largest privately owned main contractors who are known for their history of family values, exceptional staff retention, and a supportive culture.

With a strong pipeline of projects locked in for the local area this builder is expanding their local team with a new Building Services Manager position being established in the business for a Defence project 50 min west of Oxford on a 12 month+ project.

The builder has been established for 100+ years, had strong year to year profit whilst building long lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Life & Science, Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Residential, Healthcare and Retail sectors.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager who has a versatile skillset across MEP in preconstruction, design, planning and delivering running MEP package more than £20m+.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is strong on delivery, pushing a program and enjoys working on defence projects.
