AccountabilitiesEnsure this organisations care home is managed to the highest standard of care and supportEnsure this organisation remains in compliance with CQCManagement of staffProvide leadership to other staff membersResponsible for budgets, income and expenditureWork closely with operations teamsEnsure care plans are implementedDay-to-day management of the care homeManagement of building maintenance and soft facilities such as cateringRecrutiment and training of staffResponsible for quality assurance of the care home

Candidate RequirementsLevel 3 or above Health & Social CareExperience managing a care homeExperience working with vulnerable, older peopleExperience managing teamsProven experience in a similar role
