They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment throughout the UK.

Project Administrator - Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary up to £28,000 DOE
09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday working hours
22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increases with time served)

Project Administrator Position Overview

Project Administrator required for a leading national HVAC Company, the project administrator will be expected to work out of our clients' office in Edenbridge, Kent. The Project Administrator will be expected to complete the following duties:

New client and supplier/subcontractor on boarding.
Compilation, printing and distribution of O&M manuals.
Printing and distribution of CDM documentation such as construction phase plans.
Day to day office administration.
Scheduling of engineers' weekly work plans
Hiring and off hiring of hire equipment for project sites.
Answering telephone calls from clients, suppliers, and the Projects Team
Booking hotels and transportation
Supporting with Project Manager and engineer requests

Project Administrator Position Requirements

Live within a commutable distance of Edenbridge
Previous Project Administration experience
