ECT/NQT Induction can be supported if you recently qualified as a Religious Studies TeacherA Religious Studies Teacher is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This will be a full time, long term/permanent Religious Studies Teacher role.

If appointed as a Religious Studies Teacher you will be required to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5 classes.

Standard class teacher responsibilities will apply for this Religious Studies Teacher post. This includes but isn't limited to; planning lessons, assessing pupil progress and attending meetings/parents evenings.

The rates of pay for this Religious Studies Teacher role will be between £170 and £260 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

The School

An 'Outstanding' Secondary school and sixth form in South London, located near a Site of Nature Conservation Interest (SNCI).

It is a mixed, 11 - 18, non-selective school with a wide demographic of pupils and staff.

90% of students stay in education or employment after Key Stage 4.

Requirements

You are welcome to apply if you recently qualified as a Religious Studies Teacher or are an experienced Religious Studies Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Religious Studies Teacher or overseas trained Religious Studies Teacher.

Right to work in the UK
UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
