Join our dynamic team at Secondary school in Ascot, where they are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Admin to support the HR department and contribute to the mission of excellence in education.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll, and administering benefits.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in employee relations and performance management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Preferably hold a DBS check.
  • Previous experience working in an education environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
