Dynamite Recruitment is supporting a really unique business who are based in Portsmouth. Due to a busy period, we are looking to recruit customer service executives to start immediately Salary: £12.00 - £12.25 P/HHours : Monday to Friday 9AM - 5.30PMLocation: Office based role and is based in PortsmouthDuration: This will be for at least 6 weeks and could go on to become long term. With a possibility of becoming permanent for those who wish to consider it.Please note, you must be able to start on either 1st or 2nd of August.  As a Customer Service Executive, you will:

• Receive calls and assist customers with their enquiries ask a series of questions to be able to register and set up claims. 
• To complete various telephone work.
• To take accurate information and process this onto the database.
• Complete general ad hoc administrative duties. 

The ideal customer service advisor will have/be:

• Previous experience of telephone-based customer services is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Good administration skills and experience.
• Be available to start asap and to be able to commit to at least 6 weeks.
• Will have a positive can-do attitude.
