The Senior Associate Commercial Solicitor's responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts including matters related to: IT contracts, commercial trading agreements, data protection, IP, franchising, outsourcing agreements and manufacturing.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts of various sizes and values.
• Building and maintaining client relationships, providing a consistently high level of service.
