Commissioning Manager (M&E)
Salary: £75k - £85k + Travel

Are you an experienced Commissioning Manager with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) commissioning? We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a large-scale commercial project in West London.

About the Project:

* Value: Project value exceeds £30m (M&E package £7m)

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage the full commissioning process for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring project requirements are met.

* Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E services.

* Lead mechanical commissioning activities and provide technical expertise across the project lifecycle.

* Ensure all commissioning activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

* Deliver on time, ensuring quality and safety remain top priorities.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale projects within the construction sector.

* Strong knowledge and background in M&E with a focus on mechanical commissioning.

* Previous experience working on high-value projects, ideally with budgets exceeding £30m.

* Ability to manage and deliver commissioning processes on complex residential or commercial builds.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
