Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based at their Head Office in Southampton

About the company:

A regional leader within the Groundworks and Civil engineering space on the South coast

This role will involve the usual QS Duties duties of all Groundwork Residential packages and associated. The successful applicant will report to the company's commercial director and will be responsible for a group of projects in and around the Bristol area. Individual package values will range from £1 million up to £15 million each.

About the requirements
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Previous experience in this type of role whilst working for a Civil or Groundwork subcontractor.
