We are looking for an experienced M&E Contract Manager to take charge of mechanical and electrical contracts across our London operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead contract management, compliance, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the management and delivery of M&E contracts, ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards.

* Lead and support a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring efficient service delivery.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry best practices.

* Manage budgets, contracts, and operational costs effectively.

* Identify areas for improvement and innovation to enhance service efficiency.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as an M&E Contract Manager or similar role.

* Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively.
