A global Insurance company is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their Claims Operations team and support various claims transformation projects.You will be responsible for supporting the development of their international claims operations and systems work that is associated with the growth and transformation of the Claims team. The successful candidate will be:

• An experienced Business Analyst, with Insurance experience is essential.
• Demonstrable experience supporting a Claims team, with knowledge of processes and challenges, as well as being confident in providing solutions.
• Passionate about Technology
• Proficient with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Confident in communicating and building relationships with both functional and non-functional stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and negotiate when required.
