Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Site Manager to oversee construction projects around Clapham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Start Date:
1st July 2024
Duration:
6 months+, with other sites coming online after.
Valid SMSTS and First Aid are required for this position.
Rates:
£(Apply online only) per day paid via CIS
