Your Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:

Delivering and supervising pre-set lesson plans.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task.
Engaging with students and answering any queries related to their learning.
Following school policies and procedures to maintain a structured environment.
Supporting the school team in creating a positive atmosphere for students.

Who We're Looking For:

At least 6 months of experience in a Cover Supervisor role within the UK.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Confidence in leading a classroom with strong behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and adaptability.
