We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in West Yorkshire. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Estates Officer
Location: West Yorkshire
Pay rate: £24 to £30 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage contractors and direct labour on hospital site

* Allocate reactive repairs and PPMs

* Ensure compliance with HTMs, Health & Safety and wiring regulations

* Authorised Person for mechanical, electrical and building maintenance

* Paperwork and certificates relating to ventilation and Legionella

* HNC or equivalent qualification
