Estimator / Buyer- Plumbing and Heating Contractor

Location: Barnsley

Salary: £50,000 + Package

Role & Responsibilities:

Sole Estimator / Buyer for a £6 million turnover plumbing business reporting into theCommercial Director:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Analise / review project requirements and specifications
• Liaisewith internal stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain prices
• Meet with clients to discuss projects, specification and programmes
• Purchase raw materials for site and agree call offs
• Managing stock / stores levels
• Agreeingyearly contracts with suppliers
