An exciting opportunity with a multi-award winning AJ100 Architectural Practice based in West Sussex seeking an Experienced Senior Architect to join their talented team.

This highly reputable firm are searching for a Senior Architect that has a depth of experience working in the residential field with a proven track record of successful delivery with medium to large scale housebuilder-led residential and mixed-use projects.

You will gain the chance to take a pivotal role in leading the design and delivery of a wide range of projects through all RIBA stages. Architects with demonstrated experience leading multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously will be highly sought after.

The successful Senior Architect will also be required to possess extensive knowledge in preparing initial feasibility site layouts, detailed masterplans and planning application packages.

Basic Requirements for candidates:

RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
Extensive experience within the UK Residential sector particularly working with Housebuilders, Independent Developers & Housing Associations
An understanding of Residential layout design regarding housing-led schemes
Ability to run large projects through to planning consent.
Capability of Leading Teams
Up to date knowledge of planning and Building Regulation requirements
Experience operating within a client-facing capacity
Proficiency using Revit & AutoCAD SoftwareA highly competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Senior Architect likely to be in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience. The company also offer Hybrid working options and fantastic career development prospects.
